My Freeview box has no EPG, is blank on FIVE, ITV3, ITV4, ITV2+

My TV (full HD) is tuned to the
Whitehawk Hill
Xmtr. Their web page shows HD broadcasts on
Channels
50-54, but these are shown as "Channel not available" when I try to access them. Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong??
