YO1 Radio serves within the York ringroad, and the transmitter site is atop York Infirmary. Details on p.17 of their license application here https://www.ofcom.org.uk/….pdf
Correct NGR is SE602531. Looks like someone has put the details in wrong on the map. Frequency apparently 102.8MHz

you may have your Arq 1 Arq2 frequencies wrong, I have 730MHz 786MHz not 786MHz 762.2MHz
