For the last 2wks we have signal problems at our house at AB338BH. Initially returned from holiday and TV reported no channels. Rescan completed and missing all BBC channels plus more. Followed guides above and no improvement. TV aerial is in front garden on fence, this had not changed although some plants had grown taller so tried lifting the aerial higher, rescan, still no further channels found. No faults or work reported for Durrismast.
