In case my experience helps anyone else,finally, I discovered the source of this problem,I had a plastic bodied Y splitter in the system and one of the output connectors was damaged,in fact it fell apart when I removed it, I replaced it with an all metal T splitter and everything was perfect.

I get 100 GREEN on all muxes except COM7 which GREEN 99 for Served and 100 for Marginal.
Currently COM7 LCN107 is showing Signal Quality 74 and Signal Level 77 with C/N 21 or 22.
Weather is dense cloud and raining. So the cause does veer towards a weather source.
