i have no digital channels on my new tv since 28th sept. i only have bbc1 and bbc2 is there a problem with the transmitter as my neighbours is the same. and we have been unable to retune the tv

i have lost all my digital channels i live in aylesbury hp197re and have tried to re tune the sets they are both flat screen hd tvs all i have is no signal on the screen can you please advise why this is. i have checked with my neighbours and they are the same. is it a signal problem with the oxford transmitter
