If someone could me, I'd be extremely grateful.

My postcode is SO302AG and I live in Southampton, Hampshire. I have an LG 32LD490 TV, which has in-built .

Following the on March, I understood that I should have been able to receive HD , however I am so far unable to. Whenever I retune the TV, it fails to find the HD channels (51, 52 etc...). I have reset the TV to factory settings and tried again. I have removed the from my . I have bought an attenuator for the , in case it is too strong. I have tried the TV plugged into my separate aerial, which does not have a particularly strong signal. In all cases, no HD channels.

Strangely, I did once manage to receive them using an set-top aerial, however the was very poor and other Freeview channels were not found at all.

Can anyone give me any advice? I bought the TV specifically for the Freeview HD channels, so it is frustrating not to be able to receive them.

Can anyone assist me with this?
