Sutton Coldfield channel 39(Yesterday etc.) signal strength around 50% Quality varies downwards from 50% to 0% on occasions. All other channels give around 90% signal and 100% quality. Is channel 39 a weak transmission?

After moaning about CH39 poor quality (2/03/13)it suddenly, Friday 8 March, zoomed to 100% quality the signal strength is still around 50-60% but causes no problems. Nothing has changed at my end so has Sutton Coldfield implemented an upgrade to CH39 hardware?

My freeview from Sutton Coldfield is fine EXCEPT for CH 39 which breaks up and loses signal. Is CH 39 a poor quality signal.
