Exeter St Thomas (Devon, England) DAB transmitter

I live in Kenton and have terrible DAB
reception
using an internal
aerial
on my Marantz hifi
receiver
. The reception maps for both
Exeter St Thomas
and
Holcombe Down
transmitters both show no
DAB transmitter
signal in Kenton. Is there any way round this? Might a 5 pole external
antenna
work?
