My knowledge in this area is very limited but I recently had an aerial installed in my attic to receive the RTE and other southern Irish channels. The installation was done by a local certified Aerial provider who advised that the aerial in attic should be enough to receive the signal for the above mentioned channels. I am now pondering if i would need the aerial installed outside as only some of those channels show up on the guide after tuning.

Hi,
Just had a digital Freeview aerial installed in BT47 6GG. I believe the Signal for RTE and other southern Irish channels is coming from Holywell Hill. I am having problems trying to receive these channels. Can anyone advise how I can manually tune them in? Thanks
