I'm afraid we need more information as your post isn't clear on what you mean.
There is a warning about transmitter engineering in the post before yours, I hope you didn't try retuning when you had no signal as this will usually just clear the correct tuning, you can't tune to a signal that is not there, and you'll have to try again when the signals are back which you may not know, so have to do several times.
